Roku has handled our subscriptions since Sep 2016. If you registered after that time then you should contact Roku with any issues.
If you subscribed before Sep 2016 and you let your subscription lapse
then please make sure the old subscription is canceled in your Paypal account
and then resubscribe using Roku by starting the Roku Weather4us app and clicking on the "Ad-free" screen.
If you subscribed before Sep 2016
and you need your subscription key, for example to enter it into a new unit, then we can email it to you - just enter your PayPal email below.
